"We had a late check-in, and the girl was not friendly or helpful. It was a scary area and just a food truck to eat outside the door which was not good. There were no cups, glasses or nothing in the room. We were finally given our free bottle of wine which we asked for anything but chardonnay and that's what we got. Again, no cups or glass in the room at all. They charged us 100 deposit and no refund. The room was basic and the beds were terrible. The room is dark and gloomy. The bathroom very basic and very old. However, the morning guy was amazing, and the breakfast was a welcome surprise. my suggestion is to stick to the names you know in San Juan and not try to go outside the box."

"Goods: Location excellent, secure and accessible, very nice staff, rooms comfortable with nice bed sheets, and lovely building concept. Bads: A/C unit very noisy, very poor water flow on the shower, WiFi too slow, bathroom not 100% clean. Don't expect any additional time on check out. It's a place where I can come back."
