Was in a rougher part of town, there was so much dog poop in the grass it was difficult to find a place for my own dog to go. The door had light coming in all around it. The shower had hot water only one of the 6 days I was there.

Property was close by the convention center and Starbucks was walking distances. Lobby was very clean but one staff member was rude to 8 year old children. Besides that rooms are clean,
a little smaller than we expected but over all a good experience

We stop in Fresno 1 time a year while we head down south for our Christmas trip. We got in later than expected and left bright and early so didnt experience much of what the hotel had to offer but we will absolutely be staying again next year!
