Close to beaches and food shops(10mn on foot), modern Villa south facing 135 m² (1460 sq. ft.) entirely independent for 2 at 6 adults with a very nice walled garden 320 m² (3450 sq. ft.) and a large private heated pool. The heating of the pool will be programmed at 28° in off-season (with an additional cost between €120 and €180/week depending the season). The property is located on the Costa Calida, between Alicante & Cartagena, just 25 minutes from Airport Murcia (RMU) and 45mn from Alicante airport (ALC). This region enjoy about 315 sunny days a year and the villa is located at 500 m from the sandy beaches and many food stores, (Lidl, Aldi, Spar...) and bars and restaurants (between 300 and 500m).
