Roda Golf Resort 4109 - Nicky

This end of terrace town house in phase 2 of the very popular Roda Golf Resort which is close to San Javier and Los Alcazares. The property has 3 spacious bedrooms with family bathroom upstairs and separate shower room downstairs. It has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and there are English, Spanish, Dutch and French TV channels as well as free WiFi Internet. The communal pool is very close to the house and is set in a beautiful grassed area. The upstairs main bedroom has two small balconies where you can sit and have your morning coffee, the second upstairs bedroom has a Juliet balcony. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and located next to the ground floor shower room. The living room/dining area lead out onto the patio and garden which is south facing and exclusive to the property, here is an ideal spot to enjoy the sun all year around.

The complex offers a Dave Thomas designed golf courses, a restaurant/club house and a small gym. Los Alcazares is not far away with lovely beaches on the shores of the Mar Menor along with many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten als Familie mit Hund eine schöne Zeit. Haus und Anlage waren sehr gepflegt. Der Pool war in unmittelbarer Nähe. Jederzeit wieder.

Maison très agréable

Un séjour très agréable dans cette maison fonctionnelle et bien agencée. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et l'agence sur place. Maison propre avec tout le nécessaire. La literie est bonne. Je recommande. Merci pour le cadeau d'accueil ! Le petit plus qui fait que l'on se sent attendu 😉

Estancia muy agradable.

Lugar perfecto para descansar y desconectar. La casa cumple con lo anunciado. Se hecha de menos la terraza en la azotea y quizás alguna cortina más. La urbanización es un lujo. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.
