Varning för dålig resort. Warning bad resort

Fick först en ok lägenhet. Dock fungerande inte aircondition och tvn. Dagen efter gick vi vänta på en ny lägenhet halvadagen. Den var jättesliten. Fick därefter en något bättre. Men väldigt smutsigt och damm överallt. Ena benet på sängen var brutet och de övriga var lösa. Många trasiga lampor och torkställningen var sönderrostad. Hål i golvet i köket med trasiga golvplattor. Kylskåpet var igenisat och efter avfrostning gav det fortfarande dålig kyla. Gymmet krävde abonnemang via nätet. Aircondition var en kvarleva från Tjernobyl..... Kommer aldrig tillbaka till Roda Resort.

Basic accommodation, nice club house, course avera

Lovely reception and staff at check on. Apartment was clean enough, rooms very basic. 2nd bedroom literally had two single beds in room to walk down either side with lamps fitted to bed stead, no bedside table/units at all. V small kitchen but ok fir a weekend. No supermarket on site, only club house restaurant, although food was v nice at club, got v busy when golf comps finished etc. Air con turned off every 3 hours, bit annoying when its 34 degrees and so during the night you had to go into lounge to reset twice when you woke up sweating!

Very quiet golf resort, long way to beach/club!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice apartments, but beds in our apartment were not very comfortable. Family friendly.

Buen entorno, instalaciones mejorables

El resort es increíble, pena que no nos acompañara el tiempo. El apartamento necesita muuuucho mantenimiento; no funcionaba la calefacción, ni el aire acondicionado y el último día se estropeó el calentador de agua. Es cierto que vino un técnico y nos solucionó el problema de la calefacción, el del agua lo dejamos pues fue el día que nos íbamos. Lo recomendaría porque calidad precio está muy bien, entiendo que tuvimos mala suerte con el apartamento.

Room for improvement !!

Claim to be 4*, more like 2-3, reasonable reception but no offer of assistance once checked in and long walks to apartments with luggage. Having eventually found the apartment we discovered very little by way amenities, 2 towels per bathroom, a small bottle of water in the fridge and a tiny bottle of shower gel. Surface on the breakfast bar had cigarette burns and the kitchen had an ant infestation. No cleaning service was offered or change of towels, no sun beds or sunbathing towels . Should you want to do any cooking you need to buy washing up liquid and cleaning pads etc. We were only staying for four days so could manage if you plan on a longer stay l would recommend asking about cleaning and towels etc.before hand. Will look for a hotel if staying in the area again.

Roda Golf is a fantastic resort / the town house we rented was spacious / it is near golf beach bars and restaurants [ walkable ] / it is an exclusive resort / highly recomended

Bra att veta att man måste starta brännaren till varmvatten och element var 3:e timme om man är frusen av sig. Kallt på natten i Januari, sov med kläderna på första natten, sen tyades vi om att gå upp var 3:e timme. Trevlig o hjälpsamma Security som kom och hjälpte till när det var som värst.

Bra hotell med bra pool

Lägenheten var bra - varken mer eller mindre. Närheten till poolen var ett klart plus. Servicen var bra och restaurangen på området var prisvärd. Det var svårt att hitta fram till hotellet med hjälp av GPS eftersom det inte fanns någon adress att knappa in annat än hotellets huvudkontor som inte låg på området. Namnet - Roda Golf & Beach Resort var lite missvisande eftersom stranden låg en bit från själva anläggningen - på andra sidan motorvägen och det lilla samhället.

Poor Stay at Roda Golf & Beach Resort

Not a pleasant stay at all, will not be returning to Roda Golf & Beach Resort. They mentioned Wifi would be available, and it wasn't. Outside communal area had no sun loungers so you had to lie on towels, which I found very poor. Also we had an early checkout 11am, but our returning flight back was late. They were unable to provide a secured room for holding your luggage and did not provided showering/changing facilities.

Beautiful apartment and pool

The air conditioning didn't work in the first room and they moved us right away to another room. Great customer service and beautiful, clean apartment and pool. We arrived very late and they were able to get a key for us. We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. We would love to stay there again.

Unbeatable appartment on golf resort

This is a golf resort, not a hotel. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment with private rooftop terrace. As a base for my family (2 adult and two teenagers) to explore the area, it was perfect. Loads of space in the appartment which had full kitchen and two bathrooms, use of the various pools and also the golf and tennis facities and also discouted rates when dining in the golf clubhouse restaurant. The club house offered excellent food with great service and also high standard decor. I dont generally rate my hotel stays but I am compelled to do so this time as this was simply outstanding value for money.

Freezing cold

The room was freezing cold when we opened the door, the marble floors were like ice. No hair dryer so once we had our showers the kids and us all had to sleep in the same bed to keep warm. We were only staying a night and once we'd turned the heating on it took that long for the room to warm up.
