This 1st floor apartment is situated in phase 3 on the popular Roda Golf Resort which is close to San Javier and Los Alcazares. The property has 2 good sized bedrooms with en suite bathroom in the main bedroom and a separate shower room for the second bedroom. It has a full kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher,
The lounge/dining area is open-plan with a dining table and chairs, sofa, chair and a TV with channels from around the world. From the lounge you have large patio doors leading out onto the grassed terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sun on the outside chill out sofa.
The complex has a great 18 hole par 72 golf course, a driving range and putting green as well as 24/7 gated security and an onsite restaurant and bar. One of the unique features of this golf resort is the location, just 2km from the beaches of the Mar Menor where you can enjoy the beach, try one of the various water sports or eat out at a chiringuito on the promenade.
