Instalaciones en buen estado, comunidad con muchas facilidades

Pros: Servicios de la comunidad (piscina, parque, duchas con Lavapiés…) La vivienda es algo calurosa por su orientación, pero con el aire acondicionado se soluciona sin problema. Hemos estado muy a gusto Cons: Hemos echado en falta ventilador en el salón, y el toldo podría renovarse. Como sugerencias de mejora: el colchón de la habitación principal tambien necesita una actualización. El hotel de enfrente tiene eventos nocturnos los fines de semana, pero terminan a media noche.
