"This is the best hotel in Tagum and we have stayed here a couple of times years ago when the place was still quite new. The hotel itself is conveniently located and is quite clean and welcoming when you come into the lobby. When we went to our room however, we found problems in the bathroom. The tap leaked all over the counter and the handheld shower head mount had fallen off and the hose was just wrapped around the shower control valve.
