This is a Cozy two-bedroom spacious home that is nestled in the heart of San Ignacio and situated in a safe neighborhood. It is a few minutes' drive to the town center, the farmers market, the Macal River and Cahal Pech ruins and museum. It is the perfect location for families with children, couples or a group.
This is a newly remodeled and upgraded home with a covered patio extending the entire front of the house to relax after a long day. The house is located in a safe neighborhood but for added security it is fence in with locks. The house is fully furnished.
Fresh coconuts available all year round. Gtocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.
