Eccezionale Scoperta !

ho prenotato questo hotel l'ultimo giorno utilizzando delle notti a scalare che avevo, non ci ho studiato molto e invece, una volta giunti ci si accorge che è davanti all'entrata della basilica nuova, hotel bello, pulito e SOPRATTUTTO ci hanno accolti con una attenzione particolare in ogni minimo bisogno con una gentilezza e una disponibilità da far presente a chi leggerà la mia esperienza. Della decina di alberghi che ho frequentato a San Giovanni Rotondo è il migliore ! Grazie Fabio, Donatella, Otto e Sofia !

Posto accogliente.. Camino Incantevole.. Pochi passi per raggiungere la chiesa di Padre Pio.. Direttore albergo e cameriere di sala simpatici e disponibilissimi

Struttura con rapporto qualità prezzo, discreto; anche se da un quattro stelle si ci aspetta un qualcosa in più. Comunque ottima posizione per una visita ai luoghi di Padre Pio. Colazione standard per gli amanti del dolce, nulla per chi è abituato con il salato.

ne plus retenir cet hotel

n'a rien d' un hôtel ne mérite aucune étoile , j'ai toujours été content de partir avec ebookers , mais cette fois ci je reste très déçu de cet hôtel , qui ne mérite pas une étoile ,chambre délabré ,draps sales ainsi que la salle de bain, bruyant, personnel débordée ,à peine aimable , petit déjeuner inexistant ( j'ai pris photo ) tout juste un mauvais cappuccino je demande par ailleurs le remboursement de cette prestation voir un geste commercial

4 STELLE ??? FORSE QUANDO ERA NUOVO..FORSE !!!

Purtroppo devo allinearmi alle altre recensioni negative. Ora, non vorrei passare per schizzinoso o viziato, anche perchè svolgo un lavoro che mi porta in alcune zone d'Italia, talmente disagiate, da non avere neanche l'acqua corrente, quindi mi adatto ad ogni circostanza e luogo, ma la cosa che mi fa veramente incazzare è che se un hotel si fregia di 4 stelle, lo deve essere per davvero, questo ne meriterebbe 2. La struttura esterna è fatiscente e completamente abbandonata a se stessa. Nel bagno della suite se così si può definire, mancano le cose più essenziali, come un semplice ripiano dove appoggiare lo spazzolino da denti o un profumo o un bicchiere ! Un solo rotolo di carta igenica quasi finito, un piatto doccia con evidenti segni di erosione 70x70 con il box in plastica ! In camera una vecchia tv (tubo catotico 14 pollici) posizionata su un braccio attaccato quasi sul soffitto, quindi per cambiare canale dovevi sempre alzarti dal letto. Lenzuola "tarlate" e lise dal tempo. Il frigo bar completamente vuoto. La "deliziosa" colazione come viene descritta nella brochure, non è altro che un cappuccino e una brioche servita su un tavolino 40 cm x 40 (tre fette biscottate a testa e una vaschetta monouso di marmellata, anche di quelle una a testa e nel mezzo del tavolino una bella brocca di acqua del rubinetto! Credo che sia il 4 stelle più brutto nel quale ho mai soggiornato...e si che ne ho girati a migliaia in italia e in europa ! Da scartare !

We arrived late and the staff was very helpful and courteous despite this. The cappuccino is wonderful! The view is glorious and though it is somewhat difficult to find, it is well worth the effort.

Hotel in abbandono

L'hotel a 4 stelle in realtà è in condizioni pessime, quasi fatiscenti. Giusto per intenderci, noonostante avessi la possibilità di usufruire della colazione, il 2° giorno abbiamo preferito fare colazione fuori in un bar vicino. Il caffe è stato servito con bicchieri di plastica e menarello. Un asciugamani era completamente bucato. I copri water era rotto.

Buon hotel

Mi spiace per un qualche disguido era pervenuta all'hotel una recensione non buona da parte mia. In realtà noi siamo stati solo una notte e ci siamo trovati bene. E non avevamo postato alcun commento negativo.

Hotel Villa Eden - Great Customer Service

The staff of the Hotel were fantastic. Attentive, Smiling and could not have done enough for us and that is the only reason why I would recommend to stay there. However, Breakfast was very poor in both quality and quantity - we have had better in a 1-2 star Hotel and this is 4 star!! Evening meal was good but again for a 4 star Hotel the choice available was very poor. We had a great room but the Hotel is showing its age and needs to be renovated in parts i.e. mismatched furniture in foyer, exterior balconies and some rooms very small. It is in the newer part of town so the vicinity is half-finished and while we had a fantastic view the immediate area was unkept and poor. Location fantastic for the Basilica but we were basing ourselves there for a holiday so we would have been better nearer the old town for an evening atmosphere. Expect the customer service of a 6star Hotel but anything else definitely not a 4 star Hotel.
