The small apartment has an entrance on the ground floor but is located on the basement level, with a small kitchenette, a living area with access to a panoramic balcony, a small refrigerator plus an additional large refrigerator, a new washing machine, a room with single beds and a small room with a bunk bed, ideal for two small children rather than adults, and a small bathroom with a shower.

The furnishings are in fir wood, in Ladin style.



Both the small bedroom and the small bathroom have a wolf's mouth window.



The parking space is not reserved, but it is possible to park the car in a large public parking lot only 150 meters from the apartment.
