It is rated high because of pool, gym but has no food, is remote (only car), rooms are hostel type with limited lighting and showers you have to bend and crouch to take a shower. "Stayed four nights. It was a great base camp for exploring the area. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Ty room was nice and the balcony was a bonus. Our only complaint is that the bed was hard and the pillows were harder but we ran into that issue all over northern Italy."
