- Magnificent air-conditioned villa of type Quad of 80 m2, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower and bath) The whole on ground entirely rounded off and done up.
The villa is very well maintained, it is fully equipped, and includes a kitchen with appliances with access of full foot on shaded terrace surrounded by splendid bougainvilliers. The terrace-solarium has a view of the sea, 3 km away. The secure shaded community pool with private access, just steps away, is fully fenced, with paddling pool for children.
