"I’ve never experienced a better staff than these wonderful people at the Altamar, my girlfriend and I had such a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful scenery, beach, pool and food! The staff surprised us on numerous occasions with a romantic dinner table and breakfast table outside with candles and beanbags! This was my first trip to the Philippines and I’ve never in my life received the wonderful treatment of the staff, thank you for everything! This is the #1 place to stay!! "

"Booked this hotel in February 2025 for a May trip. The elevator was not noted as being out of service at that time. The hotel would not refund the booking, so be aware that if you book 1 night or a year, you don't get a refund. PERIOD. Expedia was of no help and for them to allow hotels on their site with such a hideous no refund policy is absurd. Hotel floors are 4th and 5th so you carry your luggage up 5 flights and anything you do, requires 5 flights down and back up. Might be okay in a pinch...

"would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.; the place was awful dirty unwelcoming if you dont mind living like a pig maybe this place might suit you otherwise nlook for better accommodations like a dog kennel for instance. This would have to be the worst resort i have Ever encountered "
