The space
Attic has the bẻauty at the heights and has plenty curves with few low ceilings that attract creativity and alertness.
Ideal for adults on the shorter side.

Guest access
Host is remote living abroad but virtually interacts to guest if needed and coordinates to Onsite Person for guest further assistance and guidance.

Other things to note
Pinnacle is on the top 4th floor accessible from the ground hall way all the way to the stairs at the far end corner of the building.
Private Spiral Stairs is the main entry access to the Pinnacle unit in top landing to garden room.
Hot water connects to shower only, but not on sinks for washing.
