This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers modern amenities and is just steps from the pool. Please note: This rental currently has a long-term renter who departs March 31st, after which this rental will be available. Pictures will be taken and updated on the site once the long-term renter departs.

This San Felipe Vacation Rental has 3 bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the master bedroom is located on the second floor. The kitchen is located on the second floor with access to a patio. Located in the gated resort of El Dorado Ranch, this resort provides 24-hour security for your peace of mind. Guests enjoy access to the resort swimming pool.

An on-site restaurant is available, with many more restaurants nearby. A short drive north of the resort is the San Felipe Winery, and a short drive south is the San Felipe Brewery — perfect for wine tasting, beer sampling, and enjoying local flavors.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests (this includes adults and children) and is strictly enforced by the resort. Note: Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar. An exception is made for race teams. Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch or rent in another community in which we have homes.

A $100 security deposit (not included in the rental amount) is required on arrival and is refundable upon departure pending no damage or missing items. Monthly rentals available — utilities extra (internet, propane, electricity, and water). Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.
