La Hacienda Condo 19
- La Hacienda Condo 19 is a newly furnished, modern-style San Felipe Vacation Rental located in San Felipe's south-of-town La Hacienda community.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is a great vacation spot for up to 6 guests, with nine additional La Hacienda condos available for larger groups.
The rental is just 3 miles from the airport. Ground floor entrance leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms — first bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs features an open floor plan with a plush leather living room, large flatscreen TV, and a kitchen island that doubles as a dining area with high bar stools.
The kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, fridge, freezer, and cutlery (guests bring cooking ingredients).
A balcony overlooks the courtyard and swimming pool (pool operational summer months only — no pool access October 15-March 31). The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. Plenty of parking available. Weekly discounted rates and monthly rentals (November-March, 30-night increments, utilities extra with $400 deposit) are available. Nearby attractions include Puertecitos Hot Springs and the Valley of the Giants.

Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
