The open concept floor plan allows all common spaces to blend effortlessly. The main living room features comfortable sofas, a classic coffee table, and a TV hidden in a wooden entertainment center. Exposed wood beams in the ceiling contrast beautifully with crisp white tile floors, and bright bold accents make it feel like an authentic Mexican getaway. The living room transitions into a formal dining area with an expansive dining table seating six, set against a large window overlooking the property. The breakfast bar serves as a transitional point between the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen featuring expansive counter space, custom wood cabinets, large sinks, a modern dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.

A second full bathroom is located on the second floor. This home sleeps 7-8 guests. If guests bring an airbed, 2 more guests can be accommodated for a maximum of 10 guests.

No towels provided — guests bring all needed towels. Monthly rentals available — utilities are additional with a utility security deposit required. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.
