With two attached car garages, your vehicles are parked safe and sound. The living room has wide windows to fill the entire house with fresh breeze from the beach, elegant furniture, and a flat-screen TV with streaming connection.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with designer colorful bed sheets, comfy pillows, a wooden wardrobe, and a fan with integrated lighting. The attached master bathroom features two basins for his-and-her and a separate bathtub. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The super equipped open kitchen with adjoining dining allows you to prepare tasty dinners with modern accessories and appliances.

This San Felipe Vacation Rental comes with 4 adult pool passes only (children under 12 free). Beds sleep 4 guests (airbed welcome for 2 more, max 6). Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 5-minute walk away.

A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra (electricity, water, internet, propane). Off-road vehicles not permitted.

Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
