This spacious 1,000 square foot open-concept home sits on a large plot of land overlooking San Felipe's beautiful natural desert landscape. The two private bedrooms feature Queen beds with ensuite bathrooms complete with walk-in showers featuring stone tilework and rainshower features. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading to the shady patio. The full kitchen includes modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and ample cabinet space. The formal dining table seats four for family meals or game nights. The living room offers a comfortable couch, plush armchair, and flat-screen TV. The shady patio provides lounge furniture with impressive mountain views in the distance.
As a guest of El Dorado Ranch, you have access to sparkling pools, tennis courts, and community spaces. The home sleeps 4 guests — bring an airbed to accommodate 2 more for a maximum of 6. The property includes a one-car garage. Monthly rentals are available with utilities extra (water, electricity, internet, dish, propane) plus a security deposit. Please note: This rental comes with 4 pool passes only. Children 12 years and under do not need a pool pass. Check-in is 3PM-8PM.
