Here, relaxation meets the breathtaking beauty of Lake Garda.

The apartment is located in an exclusive residential complex right on the lakefront, with direct access to the water via a private dock – a true privilege for lake lovers. A private buoy is also available for our guests.



Between the apartment and the lake, there is a large shared green area, perfect for relaxing outdoors, sunbathing, or letting children play safely.



Fully renovated, the apartment is on the raised ground floor and features a beautiful terrace of about 14 m² – the ideal spot to enjoy a coffee with a lake view. The open living area is bright and inviting, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a convenient breakfast bar – perfect for socialising with family and friends.



“La Baia” offers a small but comfortable double bedroom with a wardrobe, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed, wardrobe, and TV – both functional and cosy.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious rain shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rack.



For your convenience, a garage parking space (suitable for small cars) and an unassigned parking spot within the complex are included.



Just 500 metres away, you will find a nearby restaurant serving delicious local dishes and pizzas. The nearby public beach is perfect for sunny days by the water.
