    The holiday flat villa is located in a beautiful natural landscape in Manerba del Garda in Lombardy, in a quiet residential area and only 200 metres from the lake. A small paradise in the middle of nature.

    The flat has a separate entrance and is located on the ground floor. There is a room with a double bed, a room with a single bed (80 x 190 cm) and a room with two beds on top of each other (pull-out bed) and a wardrobe. In the single room it is possible to add an extra bed (80 x 170 cm). In the living room there is also a sofa bed. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a TV with satellite channels, a dining area and a kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery.

    The lake with direct access is only a five-minute walk away. The lakeside bay is one of the most beautiful on Lake Garda with the Conigli and Isola del Garda, which can be reached by boat. Just a few kilometres away are the towns of Salò and Desenzano. The mountains can also be reached quickly.

    In January 2019 the flat was renovated and improved, making it even cleaner, more practical and elegant.
