Charming Villa 'Casa degli Ulivi' with Private Terrace, Garden & Wi-Fi

Located in San Felice del Benaco and surrounded by gardens and olive trees, Casa degli Ulivi is a charming single-story rustic villa for up to eight guests. The 100 m² home features a spacious living room with fireplace and sofa bed, an adjoining dining area, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area offers a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk bed. Outdoors, enjoy a large terrace with barbecue, table and chairs, plus a porch with sofa and armchairs—perfect for relaxing days with family or friends who love nature and tranquility. Children will enjoy the open spaces for running and playing.



Additional amenities include a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV, heating, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster.
