Paradise by the beach

Gabriella’s house was amazing! She greeted us warmly and was readily available for questions. The property outdoor area is charming with lemon trees and comfortable lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The beautiful beach is within walking distance , as well and the town and everything you would need. We really enjoyed our stay.

very nice place in the heart of the town

Very nice facility with a superb landlord. The flat has a nice garden at the front and back of the house. All the necessary amenities are available (including dish wascher, air conditioning and ventilation system, etc.). Cleanliness certainly comes first and in this respect I was very satisfied. Gabriella is a fantastic hostess, ready to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. We were very happy to make her acquaintance and to spend time in her beautiful house. We will certainly come back to visit. Thanks.

Schöne Villa in der Nähe der Altstadt

Die schöne kleine Villa bietet alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. In den drei Schlafräumen mit insgesamt 2 Badezimmern können locker 6 Personen Platz finden. Leider gibt es in der Villa keine Klimaanlage, da kann es nachts schon etws zu warm werden. Allerdings sorgen die Ventilatoren an der Decke in jedem Zimmer für die nötige Abkühlung. Die Villa war gepflegt und sauber und ist mitten in der Stadt, zum Strand oder zur Altstadt sind es ca. 800 bis 1000 m. Der flach abfallender Sandstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser ist einfach ein Traum. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir konnten sie jederzeit kontaktieren, falls wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten. Sie hat uns bei unserer Ankunft in der Villa empfangen und alles gezeigt. Das kleine Gastgebergeschenk war auch eine nette Überraschung.

Ein schöne Urlaubswoche in San Felice

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geräumig und ausreichend ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass alle Fenster und Türen mit Insektenschutz versehen sind. Man findet immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Signora Gabriella wohnt in der Nähe und ist sehr hilfbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Una vacanza deliziosa.

La casa è molto carina, pulitissima e curata nei dettagli. La sig.a Gabriella ha delle attenzioni che non tutti hanno: puoi trovare piccole confezioni di marmellata, miele, biscotti, the , caffè e latte per una prima colazione se non hai potuto procurarti queste cose in tempo. In frigorifero abbiamo trovato acqua e bevande rinfrescanti. La biancheria pulita e profumata e gli spazi della casa molto comodi. Il giardino che le gira attorno è molto godibile a tutte le ore del giorno e della sera. Torneremo volentieri.

La soluzione di casa ideale

Una settimana con la famiglia 2+2 Passeggiata fattibile per raggiungere sia la spiaggia sia il cento storico. Dotata di tutti i confort. Doccia calda anche all'esterno... sotto una pianta di limoni! Sehr angenehmes Urlaubsdomizil mit zuvorkommender Gastgeberin

Die kleine Villa ist komplett und gut ausgestattet und bietet im Innen- wie im Außenbereich beste Möglichkeiten für einen - auch längeren - Aufenthalt. Sie liegt glücklicher Weise nicht in einer der uniformen Ferienhaussiedlungen, sondern in 'normaler' Nachbarschaft etwa auf halber Höhe zwischen dem alten und dem neuen Teil von San Felice Circeo, zu denen man in etwa 10 Minuten hinauf- bzw. hinab gehen oder fahren kann, und so viele Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants erreicht. Für uns war sie ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für lange Fahrradtouren im nahe gelegenen Naturpark, für Wanderungen in den Wäldern und natürlich für Badeaufenthalte an einem der schönen Strände. Rom und Neapel sind mit dem Zug in 1 - 2 Stunden erreichbar. Gabriella ist eine sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende und stets erreichbare Gastgeberin, die uns sogar mit einem ersten Proviant an Kaffee, Wein, Marmeladen und Keksen versorgt hat! Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen genossen und sind Gabriella sehr dankbar für die überaus freundliche Aufnahme in ihrem schönen Haus.

Siamo appena tornati dal Circeo dopo aver soggiornato con i nostri 2 pelosi per una settimana in questa graziosa villetta. Gabriella, la padrona di casa, è molto gentile e disponibile e la sua casa è pulita ed ordinata, a due passi dalla Cona e dal centro storico. Consigliatissimo.

La casa é molto ariosa e spaziosa con un doppio e ampio giardino antistante. Posto auto comodissimo. Consegnata in ottime condizioni pulita e dotata di tutto. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, devo dire che stando nel mezzo della collina è facilmente raggiungibile sia il centro storico che il lungo mare distante veramente pochissimo. Casa adatta per famiglie e piccoli amici "animali domestici". In poche parole da ritornarci in villeggiatura! Ps: proprietari veramente disponibili e gentili facendoti sentire in famiglia.
