I offer furnished apartment in Puglia (Sandonaci near Brindisi).
It is located in a small village between Lecce and Brindisi, about half an hour from the two coasts (Adriatic coast and Ionian coast). The nearest supermarket is a five minute walk away.
The first apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, is located on the first floor and has a living room and bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with tub, terrace and balcony (approx. 90 m2).
Prices: according to the season
July and August CHF 500.00 / week
June, September CHF 450.00 / week
Mid season CHF 400.00 / week
Final cleaning and energy consumption are included.
At the conclusion of the contract, you will receive a lease. The full rent and a deposit of CHF 200.00 are payable at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
