"Amazing Stay. The reception desk staff were very professional and pleasant. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I really liked that they have a washer and drier for an extremely reasonable. price. I know that as I used some Laundry facilities in El Salvador. I love the garden with the mature trees, and the picnic table that it is an excellent idea. This hotel is right there 1-2 minutes walk to the Gran Via and its restaurants, Cascada and Multiplaza mall. "

"Pillows and pillow cases were stained. Even after requesting new ones they were stained. They did nothing but thank me for my comments. The hotel itself is nice and breakfast was good. Still, hygiene is very important, and I was very much displeased"

"Once leaving the resort to try and get more money out of their customers the stay pretended like we took a a towel from the place and tried to charge me for something i infact did not take and k complained i was not going to pay for something i did not even touch because i was not at the hotel for almost all day. Come to find out is not the first time they do this they have done it to more of their customers and thats why they did not go back because they do this towards the end once its time to check out. "
