"I stayed for a business trip. It has a very good location. It is besides one of the biggest and nicest shopping malls of Xela. The restaurant in the hotel has good food. But if you prefer other options there are several restaurants besides the hotel. "

"Outstanding hotel with top-notch service and cleanliness!
The layout of the hotel is unique and thoughtfully designed, with rooms arranged along ascending levels. This setup allows almost every room to enjoy breathtaking views. Room 1 (the suite) is located on the lower level—it's beautifully appointed and conveniently close to the dining area. Every detail reflects quality and care, making for a truly excellent stay."

"I liked how Alba took care of everything. She is very efficient and attentive, always ready to help.
Property needs some upgrades; everything else was fine."

"Enjoyed my stay at Art & Coffee. Owned by expat Americans living their dream. Very positive and friendly people. Large single story rooms with outdoor patios. I opted to eat at the adjacent cafe inidgo every morning - which has great food and waterfront view. "

"Very busy part of town, lots of cars and city noises. Not many dining options for local food, many fast food options available. We should have done more research on this."

"Great vibe in this hostel but had a private room that was awesome….large, king size bed, overlooking the lake, private patio with hammock, private bathroom. Quiz night was fun - we won - shot of tequila! Family style dinner was good, As were the a la carte breakfasts. Directly across from the lancha pier."

"We didn’t have electricity or wifi or hot water for the first half of the trip. It came back after that but was definitely an inconvenience. Restaurant was very good - we ate there many meals because it was convenient and good. The sauna was also a cool experience. A little farther from the lake than some other area places. "

"The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and Room service was very approached. I got sick while I was in Guatemala and spent two days here recovering and it was very relaxing."
"Highly recommend this hotel. It is right on the water a little on the outskirts, but easy walk to boat taxis and the town. The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. The room was awesome, I was in #8 which is at the very top with a great view of the lake. They have kayaks to use which I did early one morning to catch a sunrise. Breakfast was handmade every morning and was delicious - no menu, they just brought me a plate with coffee. They hosted a birthday party one evening which was a bit loud, but it was cool to experience a local fiesta."
"I truly loved my stay here. It exceeded my expectations. The amenities were amazing, from the complimentary breakfast to direct lake access with included kayaks. Being able to bring my pet along made it even better!
The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay.
The property itself is stunning. Perfect for spending time outdoors, connecting with nature, and taking in the peaceful views. The free breakfast was traditional, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!"
