About this property

ANASAZI TIPI

The Anasazi Glamping Tipi is located at Taos Goji. The tent is a designed to be more like an upscale camping experience. The Tipi has a queen bed, with bedding and down quilt. Extra guests (max 2) can be accommodated with their own sleeping gear.

This is part of Taos Goji Eco Lodge Retreat & organic goji farm. Nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains it`s 11 mile north of Taos and about 25 miles to north Red River and Taos Ski Areas. Ideally located you can still enjoy the mountain views, aspens and cottonwood trees, silence, and bright stars. There are plenty of scenic hikes around, vmountain bike roads, cross country spots, fishing & driving distance to natural hot springs.
The tipi is facing East which overlooks our organic goji berry farm in addition to the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

We have 40 acres. You are welcome to walk around the property. Please don’t bring your pet close to our farm animals. All gates have to be closed behind you.
The hot tub and saunas are available for use.

We are a working farm and work Olathe

Taos Goji Ecolodge is in San Cristobal, a small village north of Taos with about 200 families. There is easy access to nature, mountains, hiking paths, and rivers. We are 10 miles north of Taos, 5 miles to the closest hot springs, and c:a 25 miles to Red River and Taos Ski Valley.

You can get around San Cristobal on foot, bike or car. There are plenty of hikes in the woods behind San Cristobal.

Cell phone reception is spotty or non-existent in the valley. If you walk or drive up to the ridge the connection is good. Wifi is provided free of charge, but can be intermittent during rain or snow storms. If you have a smart phone you can set your cell phone setting to wificalling

Neat experience!

Had a great time in the tipi. Loved sitting in the hot tub and looking at the amazing night sky! The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Tipi Time

Super fun way to hang out in a beautiful setting. Very peaceful? Had a morning hot tub soak and a great outdoor shower! We loved it! A very unique history as well!

Quaint

We were just passing through. I wish we had more time to check out the property. Very quaint and homie. Would not recommend for bougie women though. We slept in the tipi and it got down to 37 degrees. We were fine. First time I ever used an outhouse. They have a really cool sauna also.

Glamping and romantic

Absolutely lovely! The property was beautiful and it wasn't hard to find our tipi. Everything was well cared for and you could see they prepared for our stay. It was so romantic and a unique experience. I loved the binder that shared their story of how everything came to be, it made everything feel more personal. In October it became quite cold at night but it was still very comfortable, they had an extra comforter stored for us. We enjoyed ourselves and loved the stay. The only thing we would change is more light for the tipi. Once it became dark outside the night came to an end, the lantern provided was not that bright. Would definitely stay again!

No starry night, but lovely stay

I choose this site for a dark skies—starry night experience. We got rain instead, but knew that was the forecast before we arrived. Coming from Atlanta, GA, we realized in time that it would be chilly in the tent and brought correct gear. The place is lovely and memorable!
