  • ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Monica is a beautiful private villa with pool in Le Marche located at few minutes from San Costanzo and at only 9 Km to the Adriatic Coast. Born from the family agriturismo of the owners, this villa is set in a calm and intimate background and was furnished with taste and comfort. The location is perfect to spend relaxing holidays enjoying the scenic landscapes of Le Marche countryside. Moreover, being close to the sea and the city of Fano it gives the opportunity to go for excursions, do shopping in famous brands’outlets and have a good time in one of the sea front bars and restaurants. The property, which is entirely fenced-in, is characterised by a tidy garden and a lovely pool with panoramic view. The villa also offers wide outdoor living spaces to have unforgettable dinners.

    The villa is set on two levels. The ground floor is composed of an ample living room with fireplace and pool table, dining room, gourmet kitchen, two toilets and laundry area. On the first floor, where you access through a wide staircase, there is a lovely hallway, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower (possibility to add a single bed in one of the rooms), a bedroom with three single beds, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance.

overall this property is perfect if you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation. the clean 15m pool is even useful for swimming, enough space for 11 people, great, big kitchen the owners were kind, helpful and did a small repair instantly. Overall this property is perfect if you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation. the clean 15m pool is even useful for swimming, enough space for 11 people, great, big kitchen the owners were kind, helpful and did a small repair instantly. As we stayed 2 weeks, the towels and linen were changed once a week.

Fantastic house and the best host

We had a wonderful time at the villa Monica! Monica and her father were super nice and service minded. We had some trouble with a rental car and they drove us to Pesaro. The house was perfect for us with a great pool and plenty of space in the kitchen and at the tables. Beautiful view of the surroundings. We will recommend the house to everyone we know

FANTASTIC HOUSE WITH GREAT LOCATION. Large beautiful swimming pool. Friendly and helpful host The house was definitely not rent ready. Bad beds and mattresses, which were replaced on the 3rd day, inadequate equipment in the kitchen, the wooden deck around the pool should have been replaced before we arrived, wood splinters and loose screws, completely crooked boards. Super friendly host, but he simply didn't understand guests' demands for the standard of the house. DH Villas was involved and helpful throughout, but I think many mistakes could have been avoided with better supervision from DH Villas.

Tolle Villa mit herrlicher Lage

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in der Villa Monica. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, ist super ausgestattet und ein wahres Paradies (große Veranda mit toller Aussicht, großer Pool, alle Schlafzimmer haben ein Bad, gut ausgestattete Küche, Billardtisch...). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich bald wiederkommen.

Absolutely wonderful!

The house, pool (well suited for swimming) and surroundings are in fact even better than the amazing pictures in the ad. A lot of the time you just want to stay at the house reading books in the shade, gasping every time you look up to take in the amazing landscape all around. If not, it's just 20 minutes to the beach/beaches (we particularly liked Marotta) and being not far from the Autostrada makes all of Marche seem very accessible. Monica, the owner, is super sweet and helpful, dropping by every two days or so to make sure the pool is clean (and it is) and to answer any questions you might have. You have to look long and hard to find a better stay in Marche than at Villa Monica. And Marche is really beautiful, but without all the tourists of Toscana. Well worth the visit. We're most likely going back again next year, to Marche and to Villa Monica.

San Costanzo Villa Monica

Superschöne Lage, gepflegtes großzügiges Grundstück, ehemaliges Restaurant, ideal für größere Personenzahl. Toller Loungebereich, Pool in Freibadgröße. Monica war jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns Tipps, Empfehlungen für Restaurants etc. Ihr Bruder betreibt eine Landwirtschaft und Weingut gegenüber. Jederzeit wieder.

Unbeatable location with fantastic views and excellent pool

Really spacey interior of the beautiful villa, large veranda and fantasic terrace for breakfast, lunch, appetizers and dinner... offering all day shade and the best view over the pieceful hills and of coure the large pool. And always that lovely soft sea breeze taking away the heat of the day. Surrounded by olive trees and perfectly cut grass. Private gate to access the villa and plenty parking space. Monica was our host and always available and quickly responding to any questions. Just one key recommendation to upgrade the beds to current standards. Not the cheapest place but still great value for those that can afford!

With Villa Monica we Fond a Perfect Place to relax and enjoy the wonderful landscape around. Surrounded by ancient Olive trees and wine yards Villa Monica offers a Perfect stay with Great views. A splendid Living and diningroom Leads to the Kitchen With multiple possibilities: industrial Style - Perfect for Those WHO Love to prepare Meals which can be perfectly served on the Great designer terrace. Pool Dimension: large. The Wohle property is in Perfect condition! Very clean and decorated in good style. The owner is very friendly, open minded and very Supportive. Shopping opportunities just a view Kilometers Away (Supermarket) the unpaved Access Road Shows very Low Traffic. If WE would have the opportunity to come back WE will come back to this Great Holiday destination!

Sehr schöne Villa

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa Monica verbracht. Monica, die Besitzerin, konnten wir jederzeit erreichen, wenn wir eine Auskunft brauchten. Sie spricht auch Englisch. Anreise am Samstag vor Check in Time, wir durften den Pool bereits benutzen, und Abreise am Freitagabend waren kein Problem. Das Haus hat 5 Schlafzimmer, drei davon inkl. Bad. Die ensuite-Bäder sind sehr klein. Die Zimmer sind mit Mückennetzen ausgestattet. Die Aufenthaltsräume sind sehr gross inkl. Billardtisch und TV mit deutschen Kanälen. In der Küche hat es zwei grosse Kühlschränke und einen grossen Gefrierschrank, Backofen und eine Abwasch- und Waschmaschine. Bis auf eine Waage oder einen Messbecher, eine grosse Schüssel mehr und Handtücher war die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wlan ist vorhanden. Ums Haus herum hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Grill, viel Grünfläche, viel Schatten und ein sehr grosser Pool. Den Supermarkt erreicht man in ca. 10 - 15 min mit dem Auto. In 15 - 20 min ist man am Meer. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. wunderschöner Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem herrlichen Haus verbracht. Ruhig gelegen in einer gepflegten Gartenanlage. Die Besitzerin Monica ist sehr nett und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Dieses Haus ist ein Traum - gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden für einen erholsamen Urlaub - auch die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. Der gigantische Pool und die Grünanlage rings um das Haus sind sehr gepflegt. Im Haus befindet sich ein Billardtisch und lädt zum Spielen ein. Viele nette Lokale sind gut zu erreichen. Hier ist auf jeden Fall das „La Grotta di Tufo“ in San Constanzo zu empfehlen. Und Thommaso mit seinem Lokal „La Mariola“ – tolles Essen – klasse Ambiente. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe – Supermarkt und Alimentari. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei - der sich in der Anlage frei bewegen konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder und sagen Mille Grazie an Dream-Holidays und Monica.
