The farm is about 50 hectares and inside there is a lake used for sport fishing, a centuries-old forest of oaks and chestnut trees, 70 olive trees and other typical trees of the Mediterranean. An enchanted, peaceful and quiet place just 4 km from the sea and the beautiful white sandy beaches where you can have fun with your 4-legged friends. Agriturismo San Martino is also a great place to spend your family holidays. Children will be free to play in the large park, in the large swimming pool, in the playground or in the soccer field. The apartments are all equipped with a large well-equipped kitchen and one or two bedrooms according to the different needs of the guests. All the apartments have been carefully restored in pure Marche style, with terracotta-like ceramic floors, ceilings with exposed beams and terracotta tiles. The colors of the walls are reminiscent of traditions: the sage, pink, saffron, sky blue and lavender rooms are a way to rediscover the harmony of rural life. The furniture is refined and accurate: chests, sideboards, old windows and even antique pieces gradually discovered in the Marche markets and restored by the skilful touch of local artisans ... and then branches, vases, pottery and ceramics. Each accommodation gives the possibility to be free and independent: each apartment has a living room-kitchenette with kitchen complete with burners, sink, handouts, refrigerator and crockery.
