The way Geneo was marketed and the reality are two completely different things. The area around the hotel is extremely dangerous and filthy. They advertise free parking and that is not true. We were nervous to be outside after dark. There is no way I would ever return.

It was our 3rd and final visit. Each time there have been issues at check-in and check-out, I forget until the next stay, a terrible check-in; the rooms were not ready, even though we arrvived late afternoon well after check-in time.
