Ocean and Catalina Views.. Walk to beach and downtown San Clemente! Sunsets never get old. Direct beach access from the Via Property Stairs. Property has lots of extras to enjoy! Community pool, jacuzzi, workout room and game rooms. Sit on the Balcony and get lost in the miles of ocean in front of you! Two covered parking spaces with elevators to the 4th floor! Nice End Unit. This property will not disappoint. Two bedrooms with king and set of twins. guest are welcome where there is a sofa bed to accommodate them. San Clemente is your half way point from LA to San Diego! Lots of attractions close by. Disneyland , Knotts, and Legoland, Laguna Beach and Dana Point Harbor. Enjoy many of the restaurants in San Clemente, walking distance from the property on Del Mar street! Property available on a monthly rental or longer.

Condo With A Beautiful View and Sunsets

Pleasant visitation at this condo, plenty of room and enjoyed the covered and secured parking space that came with the condo. Super happy that they had comfortable furniture including a recliner! Comfortable Bed and great outside deck overlooking ocean. Cannot say enough about the location - 5 minutes to restaurants and 5 minutes to the pier and beach.

Retreat at The City by The Sea

Excellent time to stay in quiet setting with spectacular views. Pelican flocks, dolphins, surfers, beach walkers its always a great stay. Love the pool and hot tub and everyone is so friendly. The building is kept SPOTLESS by two very nice gentlemen that show up like clockwork. Great location for walking to downtown, catching I-5 or to the Pier. Its very tough to go home to colder weather.Northwest Mike
