    Amazing location not a good place to stay

    We stayed here in last September, the surroundings was breathtaking. We were 7 people that stayed at the apartment which was dusty all over with spider webs hanging from the ceiling. We were afraid to complain because they charge you extra for every little thing, an hour of cleaning was 15 Euro or so, Clean towels cost 7 Euro er person - so 49 Euros for all (per change). the Wi-fi did not work (it's just another issue). When we complained about the cleanliness, they asked us why we didn't say anything before, and that they would have sent someone to clean, we can't attest to that that. may be so. Also the area is full of mosquitoes, we all sustained an incredible amount of mosquito bites, and though it is nature and expected we stayed at other places in the area that did offer solutions to this issue and this place didn't care much about their guests. when we complained they offer a compensation of 18 Euros Total for a very dirty room...

    Buena atención. Lugar hermoso. Apartamentos nuevos, cómodos. Totalmente equipados. Entorno de Chianti, a 20 km de Florencia. Piscina.

    Nice Villa, quite & private.

    Enjoyed our stay. Spacious with beautiful views of surrounding vineyards & olive trees. In secluded & very quite area. Large kitchen & dining room. Actual building site is located on private road, approx. 2 miles from the winery site. No staff present or available at actual site, only in the winery(during business hours). During business hours called office ph number and alternative ph number, staff did not pick up. Only interfaced with staff members at check-in.

    Clean spacious and well-furnished apartment set amid beautiful scenery, the views from the grounds are stunning and the pool is large and well maintained. Friendly welcome and accommodated our late arrival. Lots of hot water and comfortable beds though there was a bit of dampness probably due to the large amount of rain in the weeks before we arrived. Perfect for a family with kids. We took our sat nav so had no difficulty finding the office for check-in. Some great local restaurants. Would have been nice to have had an iron, kettle and perhaps a few basic supplies (e.g. tea bags, pint of milk).

    Relaxter Aufenthalt - Ruhe pur und spazieren.

    Wir waren 9 Nächte dort, wären gerne noch geblieben. Tür auf und Kind und Hund kann raus zum Toben. Herrliche Ruhe, tolle Aussicht. Auf der Restaurantempfehlung fehlt das " Borromeo" in san Casciano. Was selten ist: gelernter Kellner, Anzug, Fliege, unaufdringlich, großzügig, Kartoffelpüree mit Trüffeln für 10 €. Der Knaller. Im Quartier von Oktober bis April müssen Heizkosten extra bezahlt werden, 12 bis 15 € pro Tag. Wäre nett, wenn man es vorher gewusst hätte. Aber die Chefin ist fair, da es außergewöhnlich warm war im April, musste nix extra bezahlt werden. Danke. Sie hätte auch darauf bestehen können.

    Absolute Gem

    As long as you're okay with checking in/out in a different place than you'll stay, this is a winner. Heat costs extra, but staying literally IN a vineyard is incredible. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect for two couples or a couple with kids.

    Wunderschöne Lage

    Das Appartement befindet sich in einem Haus, das mitten in den Weingärten und Olivenhainen liegt, wunderschöne und total ruhige Lage.Gepflegte Außenanlage mit Swimmingpool. Wir haben 13 Tage dort verbracht.Insgesamt war alles in Ordnung. Uns hat allerdings gestört, dass wir bei dieser Länge des Aufenthaltes das einmalige Wechseln der Handtücher und Bettwäsche extra bezahlen mussten.Außerdem hatten wir das Appartement mit 2 Schlafräumen gebucht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war ein Schlafzimmer jedoch abgesperrt.

    Relax meravigliosa vista sulle colline del Chianti

    Week end con i bambini. Splendido casale ristrutturato noi alloggiato nel granaio...splendida sorpresa il soppalco con la camera matrimoniale...romantico! Bambini felici x ampi spazi esterni e piscina un mezzo ampio prato e parco verde!

    Merveilleux. Paysage de la Toscane, entouré de collines avec des oliviers et des vignes, maison confortable, propre,piscine spacieuse, agréable pour visiter les alentours. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

    week en de rêve en famille

    Nous étions entre 30 min et 1h de tous les centres d'intérêt. aucun problème de circulation, de pollution, de bruit. Weekend féerique cocktail au bord de la piscine, au milieu des vignes. je pense que nous reviendrons plus longtemps avec des amis. Leur vins et grappas sont exceptionnels.

    Another Great Stay

    This is the fourth time we've stayed at Villa Pian di Noci, the only property in Italy we continue to return to. The apartments are so tastefully built and furnished. Everything from the A/C to hot water to wifi functioned as it should. The beautiful pool was a welcome relief from the hot summer sun. And the environs, in the heart of Chianti and situated well among Florence, Siena and San G, couldn't be better. Another great stay.

    Partito per un weekend lungo con la mia famiglia ci siamo ritrovati in un luogo fantastico. Appartamento con tutti i comfort, piscina, è la sera mangiare tra i vigneti ed ulivi è stato molto bello e rilassante

    トスカーナの本当に田舎の宿舎

    トスカーナに居るという気分にはなれましたが、ただあまりにも近辺には何もなく、車がなければどうにもならない場所です。食事の食材野入手にも、また外での食事のためのレストランまでも非常に 遠いところです。滞在期間が長くここでじっくりのんびりするような人に向いています。

    Wow!! Wounderfull view...and quiet...bring your own breakfast...and food for the rest of your stay... Not that many Restaurants nearby. Great service and discounts on their wine..If you bye some. Would absolutely stay here again!!:)

    Excellent accommodation in beautiful surroundings!

    We stayed here for 2 nights and regret it was not a longer stay. The lodgings and facilities are excellent and the wine from the owner's vineyard is superb!

    Soggiorno perfetto!

    Il posto è magnifico nonostante sia un po' difficile da raggiungere. Gli appartamenti sono ben arredati, puliti e dotati di tutti i confort necessari per trascorrere una vacanza da sogno. Sicuramente ci torneremo, soprattutto in estate!

    Amazing villa

    My friends and I loved this villa. It is in the heart of Chianti, and it's a very, very nice place. The three of us stayed in a 3-bedroom unit with a kitchen and two baths. It was more than comfortable, and I wish we had spent longer here. Very, very difficult to find the check-in location (at a winery), and then we followed the manager from the winery to the villa. My advice: insist on better directions than the map of Chianti that the manager will send you. You'll need it.

    Malerische Ferienwohnung im Weinberg mit Pool

    Die Ferienwohnungen liegen mitten in einem gepflegten Garten mitten im Weinberg mit viel Platz für Familien und Autos. Es ist dort sehr ruhig und der Pool ist schön groß. Er kann jederzeit genutzt werden und war sehr sauber. Einrichtung und Dekoration war sehr liebevoll. Vorsicht mit der Vorschlagsliste der Gastgeber. Wir waren beim der angeblich besten Pizzeria in der Zone und es war buchstäblich das schlechteste italienische Essen in 30 Jahren Italienreise.

    Amazing villa on a beautiful vineyard

    Very big, clean, and situated in the middle of a beautiful vineyard. The owners are really nice and helpful. And their wine is terrific. You can't beat this place, especially in this price range
