Luxurious Beach House

The Sea of Cortez is a rippling blanket of brochure-blue, we have the Views! You'll have the time of your life in this amazing 3 story, 5,400 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, fully furnished "Blue Bay Beach house". We are located in the safe and gated subdivision of the Caracol Peninsula, you'll find everything you need to make yourself at home including a fully stocked kitchen, WIFI, Cable TV, games. Soak in the spectacular Tetakawi mountain, ocean and bay views from every patio while relaxing on our comfortable patio furniture. If you're the outdoor type, walk out the front door to the peaceful beach front cove to view marine life, hunt for shells or swim and snorkel. The peaceful and sandy cove is dotted with palm trees and has great views of the mountains, stunning sunrises and sunsets.

A short car drive away you'll find the Marina San Carlos where you can kick back and sample delicious food/drink and live music at the many restaurants and bars. Our Yacht and captain are available for rent 2,000 pesos an hour ask for details.

Beautiful beach home

We all fell in love with this home. It has the best beach/vacation/relaxing vibes. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay, from a well stocked kitchen to a mini bar. Walking distance to el caracol private beach, this was my favorite part! And of course the patio to enjoy the sunset.

We had a wonderful stay. Check in and check out was hassle free. The home is very clean, spacious and has many amenities. The private beach is beautiful, but there was some construction which impacted access. Very early morning gardeners in the yard also startled some in our group. Overall, an excellent vacation. Sunsets - Beach - a true gem!

Special week with friends and family. Well stocked kitchen for many meals at home. BBQ in the backyard for charcoal works well in Steak (get it from the Santa Rosa Caneceria). A quick walk to the beach for happy hour in the warm water… Or watching the beautiful colors of sunset from the balconies of the house. Beds are beautiful and comfortable. For the couple things that happened along the way (inspired by storms and nature) the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you for the amazing memories and a wonderful week!

Beautiful house and location

We loved this home in San Carlos, Mexico and would love to stay here again. The house is beautiful and the view from the house is simply stunning. We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect house for two families.

Fantastic House

Communication and responsiveness

The Jacuzzi was a main reason for choosing this home. The homeowner has it where their maintenance is the only one who can adjust the temperature. I texted the homeowner the first day it was like a pool and not a jacuzzi. She responded the next day, therefore, not enjoying our first night. She had her worker stop by and turn up the heat. I believe it got to 75 degrees, but no hotter. I texted back it was not hot and never got a response. The house itself was fine, but a house is a house, the jacuzzi was the draw. Very disappointed and so was my family. Not what was promised and not worth the money. By the way, it says it is three floors, but one is a garage which is also slightly misleading.

Great Place

Overall we loved the property. Place was clean and the beds were comfortable. In a nice quiet neighborhood. We couldn't get the hot tub to heat, but we could have been doing something wrong. We would stay there again.
