Vista Mar is a world class destination for fishing and elite yacht enthusiasts. Located in San Carlos, around 80 minutes drive from Panama City, In this place you will have the opportunity to surround yourself on a thriving nature away from the city.

Vista Mar offers you a wide range of activities during your stay from water sports to a relaxing day in the pool, several restaurants near you and many other fun activities around.

Please remember that you’re staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.


Vista Mar is perfectly suited for golf and fishing enthusiasts. Among the Vista Mar amenities you will find:

- The Vista Mar Golf Course: It is managed by KemperSports, which manages some of the finest golf courses in the world. Consisting of 18 holes, each with 4 tee stations, this J. Michael Poellot designed golf course is in perfect condition, and you can enjoy great views of the pacific ocean from several holes. There’s also a golf proshop.

- The Vista Mar Marina: Vista Mar Marina is a modern, well-built marina with excellent docks, substantial breakwaters, and excellent service. It provides guests with the ultimate yachting, fishing and Panamanian cultural adventure experience. Yacht and boat rentals are available (see Marina office for more information).

- Boga Bar: Make sure to visit this great restaurant overlooking the marina. Karaoke and Live Music on weekends!

This villa is within walking distance to two popular restaurants and a Marina. An ideal base to explore Vista Mar Beach & Golf Resort.

This fabulous villa is the newest addition to our portfolio. It features 4 bedrooms all with private bathroom (plus an additional bathroom in the living room / den), large outdoor space with priivate pool and an awesome BBQ area with outdoor bar and sitting area.

It can sleep up to 16 guests comfortably, spread amongst four large bedrooms each with a private bathroom.

Vista Mar is tucked away on the tranquil western shores of Panama, 90 Kms from Panama City.

The closest airport is Scarlett Martinez airport in Rio Hato, which is only 30 mins away (27Kms). Nonetheless this airport serves mainly charter flights from the US and Canada, so most guests fly into the main airport in Panama City, which is Tocumen Airport (Panama City has two other international airports as well, Albrook and Howard Panama Pacifico).

To drive to Vista Mar from Panama City, you need to take the Panamerican Highway straight for 90 kms until reaching Vista Mar.

There’s also a Heliport on the Vista Mar premises.

The options for early check-in and/or late check-out service may incur in additional cost depending on hour, and it is subjected to availability. To ensure a smooth start to your visit, we provide a complimentary set of toiletries upon your arrival. This includes essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. However, please note that these initial supplies are meant to get you started, and once they are depleted, we kindly ask our guests to purchase their own toiletries for the remainder of their stay.

This lovely apartment means a lot to us, and for the conservation of it we take actions regarding the property safety. It is important to mention that this area even though is very safe, there have been reports of robberies within the empty properties of this area, for this reason and the safeguarding of your own belongings, we truly appreciate your help to keep it closed at all times and after to check out, to avoid this type of situation during your stay or after.
