"Our stay at Hotel Tres Reyes was simply unforgettable. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with a warmth and hospitality that truly made us feel at home. We were lucky to have a room with a view of the Lago Nahuel Huapi, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Waking up each morning to the lake and the majestic Andean mountains was an experience that’s hard to put into words—pure magic. The hotel is centrally located, just one block away from the main street, which makes it very convenient to explore Bariloche on foot. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, even larger than many we’ve experienced in European hotels, which makes a big difference for a relaxing stay. Everything was spotless, with an excellent level of cleanliness throughout. The hotel interior has a charming alpine feel, with warm wood paneling and a beautiful lobby facing the lake and the Andean mountains, featuring large windows that allow you to fully take in the breathtaking scenery. The hotel also has a practical elevator for four people, making access to the rooms easy and convenient. But what truly stood out was the excellent attention from the staff—always kind, attentive, and ready to help with a genuine smile. They made every moment even more special. We leave with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and truly memorable experience."

"The hotel was beautiful and much more than a ‘corporate’ Radisson Blu hotel. The room had a beautiful view, the breakfast was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice because the food was so good."

"Location, location, location! I was right in the heart of Bariloche and able to walk everywhere. I even enjoyed beautiful sunsets from my balcony. The staff was very friendly and always assisted me with anything I needed. I loved the breakfasts and especially the charming tea room where they were served each morning. I felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting comfort and a perfect location in Bariloche."

"A great view of the lake but apart from that, the hotel disappointed. The food was basic and the coffee at breakfast was terrible and totally undrinkable. The staff were not particularly friendly and the hotel felt very corporate and with an atmosphere. We were given a twin room despite booking a double and were then moved to a smaller room when we asked to change for a room with one bed."

"Initial room we were put in was small, bathroom minuscule and noisy. Next day we asked to be moved and we were moved into better room. Ask for room at back. Parking great. Staff helpful and nice. "
