Decepção e frustração!

Fiz a reserva em fevereiro para viajar no final de julho, e ao chegar fui informado que o hotel tinha um novo proprietário e que não tinham minha reserva, o proprietário fez algumas ligações e me propôs ficar em outro hotel pelo mesmo valor da diária. passado 4 dias fui informado pela direção deste outro hotel que eu teria que pagar o valor cheio da diária que era quase o dobro. Não concordei e tive que buscar outro hotel.
