- Duendes del Gutierrez Cottages. New complex located on Cerro Catedral Avenue, very close to Lake Gutierrez, with easy access to city centre, Cerro Catedral, the lake, and the airport.
This new cottage complex features an electric gate at the entrance and a fence surrounding its 5,000 square metres.
Each cottage has its own covered parking space and features a covered deck, a grill, and an outdoor table for summer days.
Enjoy nature and Bariloche with excellent access.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a TV in the living room and master bedroom, a dining room, a wood-burning stove, and radiant floor heating.
Free Wi-Fi and private covered parking.
The complex also has a generator, which is essential for the winter months.
