The bungalow is located on the main Bariloche road at KM 13, close to the lake and beaches, Cerro Campanario, and the Small Circuit with all its natural and tourist attractions. We are also on the way to Puerto Pañuelo, where excursions to Victoria Island and the Arrayanes Forest depart.

Commercial centers, restaurants, supermarkets, and a bus stop are located meters away.

It is a quiet and safe residential area.
