"Just returned from a weeks stay with my son & we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The view from our window was spectacular, shuttle bus to the gondola in celerina was perfect & they will also bring you back if you call them when you’re ready, we used the local bus though as they’re super efficient & included in the price of your ski pass locally. Ask about the stay & ski pass, so much cheaper!"

"We only stayed one night, wished it had been more. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. We had a snack with drinks, evening meal and breakfast and the food was excellent. Highly recommended. Only one negative, which won’t bother you if you are staying in the winter months, but the balcony door in our room had a very light curtains and it was daylight at 5am. Needs to be a blackout covering."

"The Kronenhof was the kind of impressionable experience that will "force" me to stay in Pontresina everytime I visit the Upper Engadin. The hotel, staff, food, you name it, is top notch. Breakfast was amazing and both restaurant provided high end dining to be remembered. I did not visit the Spa, but from the outside it looks to be very well done. The view down the Roseg valley is wonderful and staying just a few miles away from the crowds at St. Moritz is also a bonus."

However, our room was 24 degrees, and we were incredibly hot and unable to adjust the thermostat. I asked the front desk to adjust it, but it did not make a difference.
