Our place is a family, kids & pet friendly, newly upgraded interior & yards around the house. We are 1 mile away from University of Redlands, few miles away from Loma Linda University & Hospital, Loma Linda VA Hospital, Redlands Community Hospital and shopping areas. Our property has a big front and side yards with playground and two free level 2 EV chargers (Tesla & other). For other EV cars, make sure to bring different 220v adapter configurations to match your car. Perfect for big family.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Don’t forget your belongings and food (opened/unopened). HOST IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS. We’ll try to assist, but guests must double-check all areas before checking out.
Place all soiled dishes in the dishwasher with soap or a pod. Do not use hand soap, it may cause damage or flooding. Take trash/recyclables to bins on the right side of the property.
Don’t strip bed sheets. Leave white towels on beds and dark ones on bathroom floors. Let us know if anything broke or stopped working. Please message us once you have checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
