"Everything went perfectly"

"Room was average. No cool or cold water. Carpet was sticky from previous guest. Needed to be cleaned."

"I smashed 2 roaches in the room. Worst complimentary breakfast i ever saw. No protein sources served. The only hot food was self serve waffles. The staff member running breakfast was late, loud, and obnoxious. The food that he put out was terrible, nothing fresh. Peace and quiet would be nice first thing in the morning. The renovation people started at 830am. Banging, hammering and pressure washing limited the pool hours."

"Don’t ever stay here if you want a mildew smelling bedroom, or an alarm that goes off at midnight for no reason, or a shower that’s ONLY hot, or beds that are scratchy or even bed bug bites. Worst stay we’ve ever had."

"The staff was courteous and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking. There was no faucet in the bathtub. There was only a non working shower head. The guests and their guests were loud and yelled obscenities for an hour with room door slamming for 2 hours. The outdoor hallway echoed so they were amplified. There needs to be security on the premises to handle these late night and early morning disturbances. I had a 5 year old with me and didn’t feel very safe. We finally left at 5am with only a few hours sleep."
