"Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and prepared from homegrown products. The owner and operator of the property is sweet and extremely responsive! We loved it and we highly recommend it as a peaceful and romantic retreat."
