You have a spacious terrace and a small garden with sea views. The house offers a living-dining room, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with an additional dining area, three bedrooms (two with two single beds each and one with a large bed), as well as two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six people. Under a charming green pergola, there is a dining table ideal for enjoying meals outdoors while listening to the sound of the waves. This house is ideal for a beach holiday, as through a small green gate in the fenced property you have direct access to Playa Honda, while the popular Playa la Concha is just a seven-minute walk away. A large shopping center with supermarket, various shops, restaurants, cafés and bars is only ten minutes away on foot.
