The beautiful holiday home Salitre is located in the coastal town of Playa Honda, directly by the beach. The spacious house, with its modern decor, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television. Furthermore, the house boasts a private balcony and a private, open terrace with a dining table and comfortable seating. Enjoy a delicious breakfast here while you overlook the glistening sea. Approximately 5 minutes away by foot you will find a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. House facing the sea - Zenitude

Pros: Spacious house with nice terrasse to eat outside facing the beach . pleasant boardwalk . beds are confortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Quiet area to enjoy vacation. shops and restaurants were close. Cons: Picture on website is showing lounge chairs but there are none !!! No separate Toilette. Outside table is too small for 6 persons. there were NO bedside lamps on our arrival. there was only one kitchen cloth in the kitchen for the all stay . There was no vegetable peeler.

Schönes kleines Haus am Strand für 6 Personen. Wunderbare Sicht auf eine kleine Bucht am Strand von Playa Honda. Urbane Gegend mit vielen kleinen Restaurants entlang der Promenade. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger (Spar/Aldi/Mercadona/Hiperdino). Um die Ecke ist ein Fahrradverleih zu moderaten Preisen. So kann man die Gegend in Richtung Arrecife und Puerto del Carmen wunderbar erkunden. Da das Haus direkt am Strand liegt, läd es dazu ein seinen mörgendlichen Kaffee direkt am Wasser zu genießen und den abendlichen Wein ebenso. Wir waren morgens nach dem Aufstehen meistens gleich baden, da war die Bucht noch sehr ruhig und häufig menschenleer.

Die Lage ist einfach super

Pros: Die Lage des Hauses inmitten der Einheimischen. Die Betten sind gut. Und was einfach allerliebst war, sind die 3 Nachbars-Katzen, die immer auf unserer Terrasse übernachtet haben. Wir hoffen ganz fest, dass viele Katzenfreunde das Haus mieten werden. Cons: Der Service mit den zuständigen Housekeeper vor Ort war ganz schlecht. Der Wasserkocher funktionnierte nicht, dies wurde zur Kenntnis genommen, aber der Krug wurde trotz Versprechen nicht ersetzt. Auf die auf den Bildern abgebildeten Sonnenliegen angesprochen, erhielten wir weder von Jesus noch von Lucia (neu zuständig für Haus Salitre) eine Antwort. Da das Haus doch recht teuer ist, fehlt z.B. auch ein Toaster. Wenn man das Haus zu viert mieten würde, könnten nur zwei an der Bar sitzen. Es fehlt nämlich auch ein Esstisch im Wohnzimmer. Und mit nur einem Bad/WC wäre das Haus nicht ideal. Zum Glück war das Wetter fast immer warm genug, auch das Nachtessen auf der Terrasse einzunehmen.Da wir im Januar 22 im Hause weilten, wussten wir, was so fehlte. Die einzige Nachttischlampe, die es für 3 Schlafzimmer hatte, fehlte nun auch noch. Eine Schere und zwei gute Messer haben wir von zu Hause mitgebracht. Die Sitzgruppe habe ich schon letztes Mal bemängelt - nach Benutzung Rückenschmerzen.
