"Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

"This is fantastic resort with modern, stylish accommodation. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained with a lovely pool. The location is perfect, with a short walk to the beach, maspalomas lighthouse and lots of shops, bars/restaurants. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely book this again."
