Zustand der Wohnung

Als wir in der Wohnug ankamen war es schon spät und haben nur kurz die Wohnung besichtigt.Am anderen Tag stellten wir fest das im Schlafzimmer ein Riss in der Wand war,das Bad völlig verdreckt war,und der Griff an der Balkontür fehlte.Ich habe Bilder gemacht,hatte es aber nicht gleich gemeldet was mein Fehler war.Als ich das später meldete wurde mir nicht geglaubt und jetzt soll ich die Schäden verursacht haben und dafür haften.Ich verlange für den schlechten Zustand der Wohnung eine Entschädigung.Die Bilder kann ich Ihnen zustellen. Apartment was perfect for our quiet getaway

It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We had kindly been left beach towels and coffee pods. The swimming pool is not heated and apart from it being closed one day for maintenance it was nice and quiet and a great place to relax around. The private beach is right on your doorstep and surfing/windsurfing can be undertaken there too. It is a stoney beach so we decided to spend the nice weather days at San Augustin beach instead which is a 20min walk away. There’s a nice coastal walk to Maspalomas which takes around 75mins. Located near the apartment are 2 very good restaurants and a local supermarket. We would definitely recommend Bina’s place, if like us, you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind.

mooi uitzicht

rustig comfortabel appartement op 1ste verdiep , vlak aan het strand. auto is wel gemakkelijk, niet noodzakelijk er is een bushalte in de buurt. gastheer en vrouw zeer vriendelijk, bij aankomst welkomstpakket , zeer leuk. Goed bed , 2 terrassen uitzicht op zee en zwembad , tv, dvd-speler, waterkoker broodrooster , wasmachine enz..... zwembad met ligstoelen . ideaal voor een rustige vakantie
