The place itself was ideal. Very clean and proper facilities. My main issue was the boiler was broken and unable to shower.

Everything smelled smoke, even the blankets. The other people where smoking in hallway and one need to use earplugs to be able to sleep. Nice neighborhood, close to food shops, and located nice i. The middle of the city

Unacceptable and Unhygienic

Positives - The staff were very nice and the beds were okay. Negatives - Dirty cutlery(knives, fork and spoons full of limescale) The toaster was so dirty I wouldn’t put any sort of bread in it. It was terrible. The water in tue bathroom was freezing and I had it on the hottest setting. The noise outside the room was loud and could here every bit of movement When I booked the picture was different and showed a different room Probably the worst place I’ve stayed unfortunately The owners seemed like friendly people but something has to be done because what me and my friend stayed in was unacceptable and unhygienic If you have the money definitely book somewhere different and if your planning on coming just either spend a little bit more money or stay somewhere different

Price & great area too

By far best value in San Fernando & Maspolomas area.. Rooms have fridge microwave kettle & fans .. Budget stay really possible

I was given a great welcome from the end of the street. And the sunniest smile! She then set up my Wi-Fi for me- very considerate! Excellent value apartment

There is not view outdoor at all (no windows, balcony or terrace ) and its inside a guesthouse building

The accomodation is ok if you only use it to sleep and shower. Ther is no kettle provided. Some dishes are chipped. Bath is rusty. Tenant that live in same house are noisy so if you like to sleep earlier then midnight is not god.

Absolutely filthy, bathrooms are covered in mould. Staff are rarely available. Our entire kitchenette was connected to one extension cord- which had another extension cord plughed into it that was connected to the lights and TV. Complete firehazard.

I do not recommend this place!

I do not recommend this place! I was accommodated at a different address. They did not even ask me if I agreed. The room has a bed, a TV and a wardrobe. There was no cleaning of the room and the bed linen for a stay of 6 nights. It is worse than a student dormitory. Only that I was allowed to check out the room a few hours later at 2:30pm

Noisy to sleep comfortably

Could not get in touch by texts and no reply after I texted. Had to pay for an international calls to get into the apartment. Noisy all hours of the night until early morning with doors slamming. Only 1 towel to shower with for 2 people! Asked for a 2nd towel and never got it or a reply back!

Noise all night and into the early hours with people banging doors very loud! The contact person was difficult to get in touch with by text on WhatsApp! She said she would give me a code to call her on What'sApp, but she never provided it after I arrived. I had to call her and it cost me a lot of money to make an international call!

Als je niet voor een dubbeltje op de eerste rang. Wil zitten. Is het best oke. Het heeft geen ramen, je mist lichtinval. Maar eenvoudig en netjes, en alles op redelijke loopafstand. Om daar een paar dagen te verblijven is echt niet verkeerd.

Du får vad du betalar för

Det va billigt men det fanns kackerlackor överallt. Vi hittade ett spray man fick använda för att få bort dem. Boendet va väldigt använt. Väldigt lyhört, inget naturligt ljusinsläpp. Men jag tycker inte det va värt pengarna.

Una experiencia agridulce

Encontré este alojamiento buscando en fechas de alta demanda, y me sorprendió el precio, bastante económico en comparación con otras ofertas. Lo primero destacable es que se encuentra en una zona conocida como Patronato, que ya os digo de primeras que no es de los mejores barrios de Maspalomas/San Fernando. En cuanto al apartamento en sí, la primera impresión es mala. Se ve muy viejo, con una decoración horrorosa, muebles de mil colores y estilos, como si de tratase de una casa de campo hortera. La habitación grande, la cama cómoda. El baño correcto, aunque la presión de agua era ínfima. Lo mejor fue la cocina, disponiendo de todos los servicios. Ojo con los vecinos, son muy muy ruidosos, no hablan, gritan, y desde bien temprano los escuchas dando voces, lo que hace que el descanso sea nulo. ¿Recomendaría este alojamiento? Solo para aquellos que busquen algo muy barato, pero que sepan a lo que se exponen.

God valuta for pengene i Playa del ingles

Basert på prisen vi betalte mener vi at det var god valuta for pengene. Det ligger i San Fernando, et stille og rolig område med 3 store matbutikker (EUROSPAR, HiperDino og Mercadona) og en del lokale kafeer og restauranter. Ca 25 minutter til stranden i Playa del ingles men vi tok bussen til Anfi del Mar istedet som tok ca 20 minutter, og stranden der er hvit og absolutt verdt å besøke. Pluss at man kan bruke vaskemaskinen utenfor og det er stort kjøleskap til å oppbevare mat, samt kokeplate og mikrobølgeovn.

Standort der Unterkunft war plötzlich anders als auf ebookers, Unterkunft hatte keine Rezeption, erst nach einem Anruf tauchte jemand mit ca. 50 Schlüsseln auf. In der Nacht als wir ins Appartment kamen waren diverse neue Sachen drin (Kinderwagen, fremde Wäsche,...), verunsichert extrem. Das Appartment war offen gegen oben und ab ca. 08.00 Uhr laute Musik. Der Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe!!
