They couldn't get me the Airport shuttle saying that it was all booked and I had to find and pay a taxi to get to the airport. Door lock on the washroom door was broken and the door did not lock at all. The beds are tiny and you can't reasonably sleep 2 people on them. The food is way overpriced ...
