"The staff confirmed upon arrival they overbooked and didn’t have a room available for us. At the beginning didn’t give the impression they were ready to offer alternatives/solution until I mentioned that my reservation had been done close to 8 months in advance and paid for. They did end up taking us to a different lodging facility and they covered the cost."
